What is your policy for samples?

We have several sample sizes:

• Regular Memos: These are free of charge. They are generally about 12” x 12” and we ship them with a picture showing full repeat.
• Large Memos: Available upon request.
• Purchase Samples: You can purchase large samples from your representative or by contacting us.
  

We encourage our customers to retain our samples in their libraries for future use. If however, you feel you don’t need our samples any longer, please return them us and we can re-use them. This will help the environment and reduce our sampling cost as well.

Can I place a fabric on reserve?

Yes. Texture will hold fabrics on reserve for 2 weeks.

How do I order fabrics or samples?

To order memos or fabrics, please contact your representative or contact us via phone, fax or email. You can also request memos on our website under the SAMPLING tab.

How much lead time is required for delivery?

We stock our fabrics in Syosset, NY. Time in transit varies based upon your location. For backordered fabrics, lead times vary; please contact us for more details.

What is your minimum order requirement?

We have a 3 yard minimum order requirement for our fabrics; we may waive this minimum on a case by case basis. Please note that we sell our fabric in 0.50 yard increments.

How will my merchandise be shipped?

We ship our fabrics insured via UPS. We can also ship using your UPS or Fedex account.

How do you price your fabrics?

Our price list is Designer Net/ Wholesale/ To the Trade. Freight charges apply. Prices are, however, subject to change without notification.

What are your payment terms?

On in-stock fabrics, full payment is due before shipping. On backordered fabrics, we require a 50% deposit and the balance is due prior to shipping.

What form of payment is acceptable?

All checks should be made payable to Texture, Inc. We also accept all major credit cards.
